Hypermobility Workshop

Come learn why it is so important to (and how to) modify your exercise to safely get the most from your hypermobile body and minimize your risk for long and short-term pain, injury, and arthritis. This is an hour long in-person lecture by Encore Pilates’ owner, physical therapist, Shannon Foley with the option to participate in a 30-minute class/exercise demonstration specific to Hypermobility immediately following the lecture. Payment options will reflect your choice.  Workshop is open to all Encore Pilates clients, as well as the general public. No membership required.
