Online Scheduling | Sign Up Dates | Class Descriptions | Make Up Policy

We encourage you to sign up and register for classes with our online scheduling program. Please click on the "Online Scheduling" link above, call us or come by for assistance in getting started with your EnCore Pilates user ID and password.

To participate in a class, if you are NEW to Pilates, we recommend an Initial Screening or Private Pilates Session in order for you to learn the Principles of Pilates and demonstrate safe operation the Pilates equipment (Reformer, Chair, Tower). If you have previously done Mat Pilates or STOTT PILATES® Equipment Classes, you are welcome to test out a class with us and see if it meets your needs. While you are in the class, the instructor will be evaluating your form and will make recommendations to you about the class that may suit you best.
