Online Scheduling | Sign Up Dates | Class Descriptions | Make Up Policy

We encourage you to sign up and register for classes with our online scheduling program. Please click on the "Online Scheduling" link above, call us or come by for assistance in getting started with your EnCore Pilates user ID and password.

To participate in a class, if you are NEW to Pilates, you must have an Initial Screening and demonstrate an understanding of the Principles of Pilates and safe operation the Reformer. If you have previously done Mat Pilates or STOTT PILATES® Equipment Classes, you are welcome to test-out a class with us and see if it meets your needs. While you are in the class, the instructor will be evaluating your form and will make recommendations to you about the class that may suit you best.

Sign Up Dates

If you are appropriately screened and cleared to participate in a class, you may sign up for your class on the third Monday and Tuesday of the month PRIOR TO the month in which you wish to take classes. Payment is required at the time you sign up. This advance sign-up reserves your place in class and helps us to anticipate what openings we will have for other clients wishing to make up a class they may have missed.
